Returns or sets whether to use CAB for ActiveX on IE.
.cab files or cabinet files can be automatically used by IE to install ActiveX. But sometimes security restrictions on the system or the browser might prevent it from working correctly. In such cases, using an .exe file to install the ActiveX could be a good option. By default, .exe file is used. Should you need to switch to .cab, you can change the API ActiveXInstallWithCAB to true.
