[Troubleshooting] Error Messages About Your License

License Error:

Symptom:

When you run an application using Dynamsoft Barcode Reader SDK, you may receive one of the following errors about your license:

#1. You do not have a valid 1D license. You can refer to this link ot resolve the issue.
#2. You do not have a valid QRCode license. You can refer to this link ot resolve the issue.
#3. You do not have a valid DataMatrix license. You can refer to this link ot resolve the issue.
#4. You do not have a valid PDF417 license. You can refer to this link ot resolve the issue.

Cause:

Do not have a license key to use the specific barcode reader module.

Solution:

For paid customers, you should get an email with the download link of the full version installer. If not, please contact sales[at]dynamsoft.com.

For trial users, the license should be from [WINDOWS EDITION INSTALLATION FOLDER]/LicenseManager.exe or [MAC EDITION INSTALLATION FOLDER]/BarcodeReaderTrialLic.txt;
