If you get any emergeny issues when using Dynamsoft hosting services (SourceAnywhere Hosted, SCM Anywhere Hosted or Dynamsoft TFS Hosting), for example, you failed to connect to the service(s), you can submit an emergency ticket via web portal. So our team will get notification immediately and get back to you ASAP.
To submit an emergency ticket, you can follow the steps below:
1. Log in Dynamsoft Web Portal.
2. Click Submit a ticket link on upper left corner.
3. Click the Create a new ticket button,
choose Tech Support for Ticket Category and check Emergency checkbox.
4. Input the ticket title and description and click Submit.
