After you type the server and port in the Connect to Server dialog box in Server Manager, the following dialog box prompts:
The dialog may hangs until you click Cancel, and then there is another dialog box:
Please verify the following things:
- The service has been started successfully through SourceAnywhere Standalone Service Configurator: http://www.dynamsoft.com/help/SAW%20Standalone/Service%20Manager/Server%20Info/Service%20Control.htm
- In Connect to Server dialog box, please type the Server and Port which is specified in SourceAnywhere Standalone Service Configurator Server Info->General Settings.
- The port is not blocked by your firewall.
The network connection between SourceAnywhere Standalone server and Server Manager is OK. You may use the PING command to verify this.
