When you perform operations on items, you may receive the following error message:
Your database has been locked. Please contact your system administrator.
The cause of this problem is that your database has been locked. Encrypted databases will be locked if the hosted server is restarted or your account is disable temporarily. In this case you need to input the encryption key to unlock your database.
- Log in SourceAnywhere Hosted Server Manager as Admin.
- Go to Encrypt/Decrypt, and click Unlock to unlock your database.
