You may get the error when you try to log in.
- The user does not exist in SourceAnywhere for VSS.
- The user is inactive.
- The SourceAnywhere for VSS service is not restarted after adding the user.
Please verify the following things:
- The user has been added in SourceAnywhere for VSS Server Manager, as seen in the following figure:
- The status of this user is active.
- After you added this user in Server Manager, you restarted SourceAnywhere for VSS Service.
