Error message: Your trial license has expired

Symptoms:

When you access a web page or run an application containing Dynamsoft image acquisition SDK, you may receive the following message:

Cause:

The license of the trial version has expired.

Resolution: 

1. Send an email to support@dynamsoft.com to ask for an extended trial license. Please specify the product, version and edition you are using in your email. For example, Dynamic Web TWAIN 8.0 version of ActiveX edition.

2. Update the license in Licensing Tool with the extended one. You can click here to check the steps on how to do that.

3. If you are developing a Web application, generate a new LPK file with the extended trial license. You can click here to check the steps on how to create an LPK file.
