save()

Description

Performs the document processing like boundary detection, perspective correction and noise removal, etc. and then replaces the original document in the image viewer with the processed copy. The processed document will be removed from the editor after the save action.

Syntax

DocumentEditorObject.document.save();

None

Return value

Remarks

If there is no document in the document editor, when you check getErrorString(), you will get an error "There is no document in the document editor.".

When false is returned, check getErrorCode() or getErrorString() for error information.

Example

             var documenteditor = DCSObject.getDocumentEditor("DocumentEditorContainer");  // Gets a specified document editor
             documenteditor.document.save();
