Common Licensing Errors

When using Dynamsoft Camera SDK iOS Edition, you might encounter the following license errors.

The license is invalid.

As stated in the error message, the current product key is empty or invalid. When this happens, you are not able to use the app. Please contact our support team (support@dynamsoft.com) for help.

The license is expired.

As stated in the error message, the license key has expired. When this happens, you are not able to use the functions of our SDK. In this case, you can log into the customer portal and extend your trial license. For more details, check here.

If you are happy with the product and ready to purchase, you can log into the customer portal, go to DCS Mobile License Center and upgrade to the full license. Or you can place an order online directly. For more details, click here.

The number of the devices has exceeded the limit of the license.

As stated in the error message, your device credits have run out. If you would like to purchase more, please log into the customer portal and go to DCS Mobile License Center. For more details, check here.
